Wally Larson - Counsel

Wally has over fifteen years of experience serving as an internal law firm advisor in the area of professional responsibility. As part of his internal advisory role, Wally identifies ethical conflicts, develops appropriate solutions in collaboration with firm attorneys, and facilitates resolution of issues regarding new client and matter intake, including outside counsel guidelines, engagement letters, and conflict waivers.
