Our Services
With more than 130 attorneys, our New York lawyers are best-in-class practices in bankruptcy and financial restructuring, complex commercial litigation, finance, health care, intellectual property, real estate, and transactions. The office continues to grow and is actively engaged in identifying lateral attorneys and practice groups that will amplify our success, benefit our clients, and enhance our existing practices.

Our attorneys and staff have contributed tens of thousands of hours in an effort to ensure that the firm remains at the forefront of the private bar’s effort to address unequal access to legal representation.
Our Location
We recently moved to a new location in the heart of midtown at 1301 Avenue of the Americas. The new office features 76,000 sq. ft. of interconnected space for easy collaboration among lawyers. We have a boardroom and multipurpose space to accommodate up to 140 visitors overlooking Central Park. The office is designed to produce a forward-looking, light, collaborative environment.
