Carolyn Indelicato

Carolyn is an associate in the Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice where she focuses on bankruptcy litigation matters.  Carolyn comes to ArentFox Schiff from a clerkship in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, serving as a law clerk for the Honorable James L. Garrity, Jr.  Prior to that, she was an associate at a prominent, New York-based law firm where she worked on various litigation, arbitration, and corporate matters.  

Carolyn received her JD from Fordham University School of Law and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Villanova University.  Before attending law school, Carolyn worked in the media and advertising industry developing strategic marketing plans for one of the world’s largest jewelry brands.

Life Beyond the Law

Outside of work, Carolyn can most often be found supporting her favorite New York sports teams and Villanova basketball.  She also enjoys attending comedy shows, reading fiction and thriller novels, and spending time with her family.
