Schiff Hardin LLP is pleased to announce that the firm’s Product Liability & Mass Torts Blog has been recognized with a 2020 “Go-To Thought Leadership Award” by the National Law Review for providing relevant analysis, knowledge, and thorough coverage of product liability and Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) enforcement issues.
In 2020, the blog included in-depth coverage of how the recent election and other factors could impact CPSC leadership and enforcement priorities. The blog also examined potential liabilities facing businesses and manufacturers due to the COVID-19 pandemic and identified steps companies can take to reduce regulatory actions and to keep customers and employees safe when reopening. Featured authors include Mike Gentine, Jonathan Judge, and Jeffrey Skinner. Mike was recognized as a 2019 “Go-To Thought Leader” for his dedicated coverage of the CPSC.
The “Go-To Thought Leadership Awards” honor 71 exceptional legal authors in 35 practice areas, selected from a pool of more than 20,000 legal news articles published in 2020 by NLR. Less than one percent of authors receive this recognition.
Schiff Hardin’s Product Liability & Mass Torts Blog covers top news, trends, and events in product liability and mass torts.
