Hospira. In this case, our team showed that a formulation patent claim was invalid, helping generic drug manufacturers further develop “inherent obviousness” case law.

Additionally, Intellectual Property Practice Group Co-Leader Imron Aly was honored with the Hatch-Waxman Litigator of the Year award.
