Schiff Hardin is pleased to announce that four attorneys have been selected for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) 2020 leadership programs.
Partner Lauren Novak will join the 2020 LCLD Fellows Program, the flagship initiative created to advance the next generation of legal leaders who are committed to fostering diversity within their individual institutions and the profession at large. The Fellows Program connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel and managing partner, and has trained more than 1,600 mid-career attorneys since 2011.
Robert Middleton, Malerie Ma Roddy, and Brittany Sokoloff will serve as members of the 2020 LCLD Pathfinders Program, which caters to junior lawyers who have demonstrated great potential to become future leaders. The program is designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies including leadership and the building of professional networks.
Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 320 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a truly diverse legal profession.
