ArentFox Schiff Advised Providence in Sale of Acclara to R1 RCM
ArentFox Schiff provided legal counsel to one of the nation’s largest health systems, Providence, in its sale of Acclara, a leading technology-driven revenue cycle management company, to R1 RCM Inc.
R1 (NASDAQ: RCM) acquired Acclara for $675 million in cash and a warrant to purchase up to 12.2 million shares of R1 stock. R1 is a leading provider of technology-driven solutions to transform the patient experience and financial performance of healthcare provides.
