Arent Fox New York Relocates to Signature, State-of-the-Art Office
New York Office Moves to 1301 Avenue of the Americas
NEW YORK – Arent Fox LLP is proud to announce the relocation and opening of a new office in New York.
Located at 1301 Avenue of the Americas, the 45-story office tower has in-building access to Rockefeller Center, stunning views of Central Park, an abundance of natural light, and an emphasis on collaborative and connected work space.
“This is an important move for our office and the future of Arent Fox in New York,” said New York Managing Partner Andrew I. Silfen. “We focused on designing an office to better provide legal services and address the cutting edge needs of our clients. We believe we have created a signature space that will foster collaboration among our attorneys and with our clients. This office is designed not only for today’s practice of law and client demands, but also with the next generation of Arent Fox practitioners and legal leaders in mind. The space is a bold move away from the traditional law firm setting.”
Arent Fox has maintained an office in New York for more than 25 years and the new office opening comes during a run of eight consecutive years of record growth for the firm amid the success of several key practices in New York, including the Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring, Complex Litigation, Government Enforcement & While Collar, Health Care, Insurance & Reinsurance, Patent, Real Estate, and Trademark groups.
The space was designed by award winning Studios Architecture and includes smaller private offices; designated collaboration rooms to facilitate more dialogue; a modern multi-purpose room for large events and meetings; and six conference rooms parallel to public space that will facilitate a natural flow of movement.
The building at 1301 Avenue of the Americas was designed by world-renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill to achieve Gold certification from the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) ratings system. Only designs that meet LEED’s exacting criteria for sustainability in materials and construction, ecological and atmospheric quality, and efficiency in power and water can receive the endorsement. LEED design benefits include savings in utility costs and a healthier work climate.
Founded in 1991, the New York office is home to an integrated team of legal professionals focused on building a collaborative and innovative environment that delivers the highest quality of legal services. The office combines a blend of entrepreneurial spirit with market leading practices that work seamlessly with the firm’s offices in Washington, DC, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
