Arent Fox Named Unsecured Creditors Committee Counsel in Kennewick Public Hospital District Chapter 9 Case
Arent Fox’s Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice was retained as counsel to represent the official committee of unsecured creditors in the Chapter 9 case of Kennewick Public Hospital District d/b/a Trios Health. The firm will work with co-counsel Hills Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. and financial advisor Alvarez & Marsal.
Trios Health, the only public hospital district in the Tri-Cities, has a system of care that includes a full-service community hospital, a women’s and children’s specialty hospital with additional adjacent services, numerous outpatient specialty offices, and urgent care locations throughout Kennewick.
