Arent Fox Expands Real Estate Practice with Addition of Partner Bryson M. Filbert
Arent Fox LLP is pleased to announce the expansion of its nationally recognized Real Estate practice with the addition of real estate transactions partner Bryson M. Filbert. With more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Filbert joins the firm’s Washington, DC office, where he will continue to represent public and private owners, investors, and managers of commercial real estate in the acquisition, development, disposition, financing, and management of all asset types.

Castiello. “He has a terrific, business-minded approach to transactions that measures and assesses risk, alongside the client’s desire to ultimately get a deal closed.”
Mr. Filbert was previously a Partner at Linowes and Blocher LLP where he chaired the firm’s Real Estate Transactions group. His experience includes representing clients across the mid-Atlantic and along the entire East Coast in all phases of multi-family, office, industrial, self-storage, retail, manufactured housing, mixed-use, and other residential and commercial projects. He also represents private equity funds and commercial lenders in connection with structured financing/mezzanine debt and traditional real estate-secured financing transactions. In addition to structuring and negotiating complex transactions, Mr. Filbert provides counsel for due diligence analyses, risk management, deal structuring, and entity formations.
