Peter Zeidenberg Comments on FBI Director's Letter to Congress About Clinton Emails

In an opinion piece for Vox, partner Peter Zeidenberg wrote that FBI Director James Comey’s decision to inform Congress that he was, essentially, reopening the FBI’s investigation regarding Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server was a mistake.

“The bottom line here is that the decision to advise Congress — based on such flimsy, unsubstantiated “evidence” — was irresponsible, given the FBI’s longstanding practice of not commenting on ongoing investigations and steering clear of any statements or actions that would appear to affect elections,” wrote Peter, who also spoke with National Public Radio over the weekend. A link to that interview can be found here.

Peter was also a guest on the PBS NewsHour to discuss Mr. Comey’s decision to go public with the news. To watch the interview, click here.
