Lyons Quoted on Biden Administration Revival of SEPs

Partner Francis Lyons, a former U.S. Department of Justice environmental enforcement attorney and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regional administrator, was quoted on the Trump-era restriction of the use of supplemental environmental projects (SEPs), which was recently revived by the Biden administration.

Frank said, “[SEPs] had been a very popular enforcement resolution tool for 30 years now. There was a great deal of disappointment when the prior administration withdrew their applicability.”
