Facebook to lease all 767,000 square feet of waterfront office campus in Burlingame
Social media giant Facebook is currently considering leasing the entire 767,00 square feet in the $300 million Burlingame Point development at 300 Airport Boulevard.
“You have an internationally recognized technology company — it’s going to enhance Burlingame’s reputation as a hub for cutting edge technology,” said Partner Tim Tosta, adding that the project “requires some tinkering to accommodate Facebook or any other single tenant user.”
The developer Kylli and Facebook appeared before Burlingame’s planning commission to request modifications to the project’s entitlements. The project received unanimous approval for the modifications. Facebook could move into the campus as early as 2020.
