Representing Trustees and Executors and Managing Fiduciary Risk

Dave Blickenstaff will co-present at the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. The Institute is a six-day, invitation-only program, led by experienced practitioners, and designed to develop future leaders in the estate planning field. Dave’s session will address representing trustees and executors, with a focus on ways to manage fiduciary risk.
