Dave Blickenstaff will present at the ACTEC Summer Meeting on June 22.
On June 22, Dave will present with co-panelists during the program, “Having the Mettle to Settle: How to Steer Trust and Estate Controversies to Conclusion.” Dave and his fellow panelists will discuss the special challenges involved in settling trust and estate disputes. They will offer insights about positioning these cases for settlement and drafting settlement agreements that stick.
