NAFTA Renegotiations: Town Hall to Occur in Dearborn, Michigan
In advance of the NAFTA renegotiations Round 3 in Ottawa, Canada, September 23-27, a number of events are taking place. Next Wednesday, September 20, Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-Michigan) is hosting a NAFTA Renegotiations Town Hall in Dearborn.
The Town Hall is open to the public and will also be livestreamed here. Details have been announced as follows:

We expect that much of the discussions will center on the automotive rules of origin. Earlier this year, Rep. Dingell introduced a “blueprint” for NAFTA renegotiations, proposing strong rules of origin for cars and auto parts, including a 90% regional value content requirement.
