Beginning Sept. 6, 2018, NYC Employers Must Post Sexual Harassment Notice and Provide New Hires with Fact Sheet 

As of September 6, 2018, all New York City employers are required to provide new hires with a fact sheet about the Stop Sexual Harassment Act.

Employers may also, but are not required to, provide incumbent employees with the fact sheet. Employees do not need to sign an acknowledgement of receipt.

Also as of Sept. 6, 2018, New York City employers must post this notice in the workplace. Employers may post the notice in the same location used for all other labor law posters.
