Mallory has experience assisting with matters in various practice areas, including Litigation, Product Liability, and Mass Torts, Environmental, and Labor and Employment.

Mallory McMahon

Mallory’s work includes matters involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and municipal government and first amendment issues. Mallory has significant experience with regulatory policy negotiation, implementation, and ongoing compliance at both the state and federal levels.  

As a volunteer attorney with the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services and the Bluhm Legal Clinic Civil Litigation Center, Mallory has represented pro bono clients in housing discrimination claims and acted as guardian ad litem. She has argued motions in Illinois state court and successfully prevented public housing residents from being evicted.
