Jeffrey represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment matters, including wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, denial of family and medical leaves, and wage-and-hour violations. Jeffrey also represents corporate clients in complex wage and hour class, collective, and representative actions.
Jeffrey’s practice also focuses on internal investigations and compliance reviews in a variety of different industries, including technology, nonprofit organizations, automobile, sports and entertainment, fashion and retail, and manufacturing. He has conducted internal investigations involving allegations of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other workplace misconduct. He has also conducted numerous compliance investigations for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee to ensure national governing bodies are complying with their own Bylaws, the Ted Stevens Olympic and Amateur Sports Act, and the USOPC Bylaws.
In addition, Jeffrey has served as a clerk in an American Arbitration Association (AAA) arbitration brought by the US Anti-Doping Agency.
Previous Work
Prior to joining ArentFox Schiff, Jeffrey was an associate at an international law firm. He was also a judicial extern for the Honorable Gary A. Feess, US District Court for the Central District of California.
