Felicia advises clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, commercial transactions, and other corporate matters.
Felicia acts as outside general counsel to a number of fashion and luxury goods companies on various matters, including licensing agreements, global distribution, and corporate governance. She also represents professional sports franchises and sponsors in connection with sponsorship agreements, arena and event leases, and license agreements.
