Aisha counsels high-net-worth individuals and families on a variety of estate planning and tax-related matters, including income, gift, and estate tax planning, estate and trust administration, wealth transfer planning, and charitable giving. She has extensive experience designing estate plans such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney for property and health care. In addition, she also prepares and reviews federal and state estate and income tax returns.
Before joining ArentFox Schiff, Aisha was an associate at a boutique law firm in the Chicago area.
Aisha began her legal career as a Law Clerk with The Senior Citizen’s Law Center. Prior to that, Aisha served as a Judicial Intern with the US District Court, Southern District of Indiana and as a Legal Extern with the US Department of Homeland Security.
