Adjoa is an attorney in the Automotive industry, experienced in automobile warranty litigation, real estate litigation, insurance bad faith, and title insurance. She also has experience in personal injury, subrogation, employer defense, and appeals before the California Department of Insurance.
Previous Work
Prior to working at ArentFox Schiff, Adjoa was an associate attorney at a small law firm where she specialized in civil litigation matters. In addition to representing a major automobile distributor in Song-Beverly cases, her practice areas included real estate litigation, insurance bad faith, title insurance, and bankruptcy. Adjoa was actively involved with the firm’s appellate practice, either assisting with or primarily handling all stages of briefing various matters before the California Courts of Appeal, some of which were ultimately selected for publication.
Adjoa was able to obtain favorable results for her clients, routinely achieving early settlements to economize costs of litigation, as well as filing successful dispositive motions to achieve favorable judgments and dismissals.
